This book was given high marks by just about everyone in our group. All but one gave it a rating of 8, 9 or 10 on a scale of 0 to 10, and the group average was 8.4.
Only Rosie recorded her reasons for her high rating, however:

I actually gave it a 20 ... by Kirby's rules.... since I not only would recommend it to anyone I know.....I also think people all over the world should read it!!!! It was well organized, comprehensive, VERY readable, thorough, fair to opposing viewpoints, sources cited, etc etc etc.--a MUST READ! |

Scott didn't attend the session, and hasn't yet finished the book. If and when he does we'll allow him to say why he tentatively gives it only a 4.
